Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at FLANERS.
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, you may request a refund or store credit under the following conditions.

Refund and Credit Eligibility

  1. Time Frame:

    • Full Refund: You may request a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
    • Store Credit: From day 15 to day 30, you are eligible for store credit only. No returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a refund or store credit, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or credits if the item shows signs of wear, is damaged, or is not in resalable condition.

  3. Proof of Purchase: As an online store, proof of purchase will be confirmed through your order details available in our system. Please ensure you use the same email address and order number as provided during your purchase.

How to Claim a Return

To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal and follow the instructions. You will be guided through the steps to return your item, including generating a return label and receiving the return address.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items (if applicable)

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.
  2. Refund Approval: If approved for a refund within 14 days, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. For returns claimed between 15 and 30 days, a store credit will be issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@flaners.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at returns@flaners.com, and you will be given the next steps.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, follow the instructions and address provided through the return portal. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
